A healthy 9 month old!!

Monday I went to the doctor for my 9 month check-up. She says I am big, healthy and wonderful. She also thinks Mom and Dad are doing a good job (she probably tells most parents that:). I weigh in at 25 pounds and 4 ounces (97% percentile) and I am 30 inches long (or 2 1/2 feet as Dad likes to say). I can stand on my own (most of the time), as long as you place me in front of something and keep reminding me to hold on. I also crawl all over the place. My new favorite activities include - chasing the cats (I never can catch them), swinging doors open and closed (I sometimes bump my head during this game), playing with the springing things that Mom calls "door stops" (I just think they make a fun noise), and pulling bows off the presents under the tree. The doctor also says that it appears all four of my top front teeth will come in at the same time over the next couple weeks. She wished Mom and Dad luck with this event as she thinks it might be difficult! If Mom gets busy and doesn't get my new pictures with Carter on here - just know I am awfully cute these days and have a Merry Christmas!!
